About the online piloting campaign
Gone Fishing Experience - They have never played an arena like this.
Gone Fishing will reveal the hidden side of the rock stars, discover who they are as a person, not just a character. How will they change away from the bright lights and screaming fans when the only audience is nature itself? Two unexpected worlds collide to create a show that goes deeper than any interview and keeps the viewer hooked. This setting will give us a great opportunity to see the stars from different point of view. A famous rock star discovering something new about themselves is as exciting as a big catch!
Launching a web campaign for this pilot our goals are to develop content for the eventual TV series, as well as to study the possibilities of web content and interaction with viewers. The internet is the most efficient way to allow as many viewers as possible around the world to watch the pilot. With the web campaign we are reaching out to an active, web-savvy audience who will not only watch but also interact with the show.
The show will be launched on the 15th January online. It will be available as a single streaming episode from the website and split into several smaller episodes on the official YouTube channel. We will also be inviting responses to the show on YouTube, initiated by asking viewers who they would like to see on the show and why. We will be offering prizes for our favourite viewer videos each week. Extra content clips will be uploaded regularly and will include behind the scenes footage, outtakes and other material.
